how is content delivered?
Social Spark and Marketing Magnet content is delivered right through the website in your member portal when you subscribe. New content is uploaded on the 15th of every month. Brand Blaze operates the same, but the customized content is delivered & scheduled on a slightly different schedule.
what kind of canva account do i need?
All our templates are created with the Free Canva account in mind, so that’s all you need!
is there a trial period or return policy?
While we don’t have a trial period or offer refunds, we do offer flexible monthly options. This way, you can test out our content for just a month and see how you like it. We’re pretty sure you’ll love what we create and want to stick around!
How do you decide on the monthly content?
Each month, we are inspired by a specific theme to keep things exciting and relevant. Themes range from Buying and Selling to Spring, Decorating, Renovations, and much more!
Once we have our theme for that month, we then build out the content based on 5 pillars: personal, engagement pieces & holidays, supporting local, real estate tips, and homeowner tips.
Will there be video content?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of video content and are constantly working to bring you more. Our current offerings include a Market Update Reel template in the Swift Start Collection, plus an easy-to-use “Make It A Reel Template” for each piece of Social Spark content so you can turn any post into a reel in just a few clicks.

when is the content released each month?
Mark your calendars! We release our content on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. So, you'll get March content on Feb 15th, April content on Mar 15th, and so on.
how do I edit the graphics?
Editing is a breeze! Once you're a member, you'll find a handy Canva tutorial on your member home page. And remember, we're always here to help with any questions.
Are the posts consistent in style?
Absolutely! Our posts maintain a consistent style, saving you the hassle of heavy editing to keep your social media looking cohesive and on-brand.

With Marketing Magnet, you get all the benefits of Social Spark plus more! what kind of printables are offered each month?
Our printables are super helpful, including listing prep checklists, moving checklists, buyer cheat sheets, and showing sheets – perfect for your clients!
Can I easily use the newsletters?
Yes you can! Just copy and past the newsletter article every month into your favourite email provider. A Canva link to the email headers will also be provided, if you’d like to use it too.
are the blogs seo optimized?
Yes! We provide the SEO keywords at the end of each blog for you too!

What will i receive customized?
You'll receive personalized Swift Start Collection content and new monthly Social Spark content. While items in the content bank aren't customized, you'll have full access to them for self-customization and use.
when will i receive my branded templates?
You’ll have access to all the monthly content through your member portal on the 15th of each month. Your customized content will be delivered on the 22nd of each month - giving you a weeks time to get it all scheduled for the upcoming month!
what is my role in the process?
Your input is crucial! To customize content just for you, we'll need you to fill out an intake form at sign up and then a quick form at the beginning of each month. It's a simple step to ensure everything we create aligns perfectly with your brand.
what information do you need from me to enrol in brand blaze?
To get started, we'll need some basic info like your name, social media handles, current fonts, colours, logos, a description of your brand voice, etc. This helps us tailor everything to your brand's unique identity.
will the content be customized to my city?
Yes, we’ll customize the content to align with the nearest major city, keeping it relevant and targeted for your audience.
Can I request edits to the templates after i receive them?
We aim to provide a variety of graphic options for each post, but we don't offer revisions on the delivered templates. If you don’t like something, you can provide feedback for the next month, and the templates are still fully customizable so you can go in and edit anything you want after delivery.
